For both the Royal William and the Esplanade we are accepting minimum 3 day stays at our minimum prices.

We are also offering week stays with up to 38% off the normal peak rates.

Normally, as you are aware, our apartments are on a week-by-week basis. With our change over days on Friday or Saturday, weeks therefore running Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday. However, for the month of November we can accommodate you on any commencing (change over) dates you require.

We have special offers and promotions on the Royal William at present, luxury sea views can offer a considerable discount of up to 38% on the normal peak rates.

The Royal William has two rooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds.
There is a water taxi from the Royal William to the barbican during the summer season.

Parking at the Royal William is free. There are also marina berths available for your stay, for boats in the marina outside the front of the Royal William. For further information and prices please let us know.

The Royal William is in the famous Royal William Yard in PL1.

In our opinion the Royal William is our most sophisticated luxury apartment with fantastic views. It is our most popular apartment, interestingly it is a favourite with our corporate clients, in particular VIP guests and celebrities that visit Plymouth. The Esplanade has two rooms, two double beds.

The Esplanade is a truly luxury sea view apartment in a prestigious terrace in Plymouth overlooking the sea and on Plymouth Hoe. It is central in Plymouth, on the hoe and walking distance to everywhere.

The Esplanade is on the Hoe, facing the sea, in PL1. It is a terrace overlooking Plymouth Sound. The apartment is luxury with fantastic sea views and floor to ceiling windows.

The apartments have fantastic sea views, Entertainments systems including Plasma TVs, free laundry facilities, free WiFi internet. Properties are cleaned on a weekly basis, including towel and bedding changes.
