For the Calstock River View Cottage we are accepting minimum 3 day stays at our minimum prices.
We are also offering week stays with up to 38% off the normal peak rates.

From £50 per day
From £245 for a three day break

Normally, as you are aware, self catering accommodation is on a week-by-week basis. With our change over days on Friday or Saturday, weeks therefore running Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday. However, for the months of May / June / July at the Calstock River View Cottage we can accommodate you on any commencing (change over) dates you require.

We have special offers and promotions on Calstock River View Cottage at present, luxury sea views can offer a considerable discount of up to 38% on the normal peak rates.

Calstock River View Cottage has three rooms, with double beds and an ensuite.
There is a water taxi from Calstock to Plymouth during the summer season. And regular direct trains from Calstock Train Station to Plymouth Train Station.

The cottage overlooks the River Tamar on the Calstock waterfront and has fantastic views up and down the river and Tamar Area of outstanding natural beauty, AONB.

Parking at Calstock River View Cottage is free. A designated parking space for one vehicle outside of the the cottage. And additional parking facilities at the free public car park.

There are also facilities at Calstock Boat Yard for boat and trailer storage during your stay,.

In our opinion Calstock River View Cottage is a high specification luxury holiday cottage with fantastic river views of the Tamar and area of outstanding natural beauty. It is a popular holiday cottage, a favourite with individuals, families and groups who wish to participate in water sports, walks and visiting all the attractions Dartmoor, Cornwall and Devon have to offer. , Calstock Holiday Cottage is a very popular cottage and rarely available at short notice. The self catering cottage has fantastic river views, Entertainments systems including LED TVs, free laundry facilities, free WiFi internet. Properties are cleaned on a weekly basis, including towel and bedding changes.
